DESCRIPTION

This well equipped spacious 3 storey villa is situated in Punta Prima just 5 km from the town of Torrevieja. The villa sleeps 4 to 6 as there are 2 bedrooms plus bed-settee ina a large lounge. The 3rd storey is a solarium with sun beds, shower and dining area.There is your own parking area plus all beach requisites for the beach housed in the shed on the drive.

The bathroom is situated on the first floor. There is also a W.C on the ground floor. The American style kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils including washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. The lounge has a large TV with satellite, DVD player and CD/Radio. You have your own key for a shared pool.

The immediate area is within 10 mins walk from Punta Prima beach. There are many bars and restaurants of a varied international cuisine right on your doorstep. You are also only 5 km from some of the major golf courses including Villa Martin. Only 1 hour 20 mins drive from Benidorm and Tera Mitica theme park. There is also a water park just 6 km away.
